Emphasis is placed on developing ethical decision-making ability rooted in Roman Catholic values for improved health outcomes. The industry-focused curriculum covers 15 major competencies of the NCHL’s framework. Students are required to complete 42 semester credits, including a health administration internship and portfolio or action research project. To accommodate local healthcare workers, courses are held during evenings in Morristown. Admissions will require holding a four-year bachelor’s degree, minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0, and TOEFL score over 550.
